Red Deer pharmacy robbed at gunpoint
RCMP are hoping you can help them identify a man who robbed a north Red Deer drug store at gunpoint Wednesday afternoon.
It happened around 3:00 p.m. on June 20 when Mounties say a man with a handgun walked into the IDA Pharmacy on 67A Street and demanded a staff member open the safe.
Police say the suspect took narcotics that were stored in the safe and put them in a large black duffle bag before leaving through the back door.
The suspect was tracked briefly with the help of Police Dog Services but he was not located.
