Early Bird Draw for STARS Lottery Friday

Albertans who’ve purchased a STARS Lottery ticket this year will want to keep their tickets handy as Friday, March 16 is the day for the lottery’s Early Bird Draw.

According to the organization’s website www.starslotteryalberta.ca, this year’s early bird winner gets $350,000.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary, this year’s lottery offers 3,034 prizes valued at $4.7 million, in addition to the Lucky STARS 50 / 50 draw which takes place April 9 and could see one lucky ticket buyer win up to $1.75 million.

Ticket sale cut-offs for the Lucky STARS 50 / 50 Draw and the Final Draw is March 22 at midnight, with the Final Draw to take place April 12.
