February Red Deer housing starts down over 2017

RED DEER- CMHC is out with housing starts for Red Deer in February.
There were a total of 13 single family/multiple unit home starts.
That is five fewer than in Februray of 2017.
So far this year there have been 29 housing starts in Red Deer.
Last year at this time there were 37.
