New Red Deer Public Schools trustees sworn in

The new Board of Trustees for Red Deer Public Schools has been sworn in.

Continuity will be big for this board as Bev Manning was re-elected as board chair and Cathy Peacocke will serve as vice-chair. Both have held those positions for the last four years.

Two new trustees, Nicole Buchanan and Laurette Woodward, join re-elected trustees Manning, Peacocke, Bill Christie, Dianne Macaulay and Bill Stuebing.

The board will continue to hold meetings on the second Wednesday of the month at 1 p.m. Meetings are open to the public.
