Estimated cost for Nordegg Mobile Park comes in lower than anticiapted

The project cost for the manufactured home park in Nordegg came in lower than the engineers estimated amount.
 
The cost for Phase 1 came in $596,537.58 dollars under the anticipated amount of $2,400,000.00.
 
Phase 1 includes land clearing, site grading and water/sanitary servicing for the creation of 30 manufactured home lots which will be located adjacent to the Quarry Road in Nordegg.
 
Clearing is anticipated to be done by November 15,2017 and the project completion is scheduled to be done by August 30, 2018.

The asphalt surfacing has not been scheduled at this time.
