Council to consider extra overnight shelter at Safe Harbour

There could soon be extra relief for Red Deer’s homeless population from the bitter cold of the night.

On Dec. 11, Red Deer city council will consider a development permit application from Safe Harbour Society to operate an overflow nighttime shelter.
