Red Deer now sits at 24 active cases of COVID-19.
That’s a two-day increase of one as the province last reported numbers on Wednesday, prior to the holiday.
The city’s total number of recorded cases is up six to 5,768, while recoveries went up by five to 5,702.
Red Deer’s death toll stemming from COVID-19 remains 42, with the last one reported June 29.
