SPRUCE GROVE- For the fourth time in just over a week, a person has been killed in a workplace-related accident in Alberta.

The provincial Occupational Health and Safety department says the latest death occurred Monday when a 57-year-old man was fatally injured at a recreational vehicle dealership in Spruce Grove.

The department says the accident involved a fifth-wheel trailer being towed by a tractor at Grove RV and Leisure.

OHS has issued a stop-use order for the equipment involved until it's repaired.

A stop-work order has also been issued for all powered mobile equipment on the site until the company proves it was being used for its designed purpose.

Another accident Monday south of Grande Prairie killed a 31-year-old man when he was struck by heavy machinery, while accidents in Leduc and in the Grande Prairie region on March 4 claimed two lives.
