RCMP report Febuary 28th – March 6th

2019-02-28 @ 3:04 P.M. – Complaint of shoplifters at a Rocky Mountain House clothing store. A male and female fled the store with two hundred and fifty dollars’ worth of merchandise then got into a black and silver Dodge Crossover vehicle. Under investigation.

2019-02-28 @ 4:53 P.M. – 911 call of male “freaking out” outside a residence on the Sunchild First Nation Reserve. Police located the subject who was subsequently arrested including for the outstanding warrants. 

2019-02-28 @ 8:57 P.M. – Complaint of an intoxicated individual causing problems at a residence in Rocky Mountain House. The belligerent individual was arrested and lodged in cells until sober.

2019-03-01 @ 4:44 P.M. – 911 call of a possible intoxicated driver in Rocky Mountain House. Vehicle stopped and driver found to be suspended. Violation ticket issued and vehicle seized for 30 days.

2019-03-02 @ 00:44 A.M. – Report of a person stabbed by a pen on the Sunchild First Nation Reserve. Police attended and arrested an adult male who was remanded for court.

2019-03-02 @ 8:37 A.M. – 911 call of a theft of a red KIA Sportage (Alberta licence plate BBT-2321) stolen from a residence in Rocky Mountain House. Keys were inside the vehicle which was left running.

2019-03-02 @ 2:23 P.M. – Call of a suspicious male in the bushes on Range Road 4-1 and Township Road 37-3 Clearwater County. He was chased off by a dog.

2019-03-03 @ @7:49 A.M. – Report of a lock cut off a fuel tank and five hundred Litres of fuel stolen from farm on Highway 11, east of Rocky Mountain House.

2019-03-03 @ 7:35 P.M. – Report of two missing dogs believed to have been stolen from a residence on Range Road 7-2, Clearwater County. One described as a Beagle Basset hound and the other as an Australian Shepard. Under investigation.

2019-03-03 @ 8:25 P.M. – Report of a break and enter to a unit of a Rocky Mountain House trailer park. Window smashed out and previous tenant, who had been evicted, found inside. He was arrested and released for a later court date.

2019-03-03 @ 10:21 P.M. – Adult male driver arrested for Impaired Driving in Rocky Mountain House. Released to appear in court at a later date. Vehicle towed and seized.

2019-03-04 @ 4:00 P.M. – Complaint of someone hacking into complainant’s bank account and e-transferring money to another account. Under investigation.

2019-03-05 @ 2:46 P.M. – Damage done to bunkhouse of a rental property off of Highway 11, Clearwater County.  The door handle was also broken off of a 5th wheel trailer.

2019-03-05 @ 3:58 P.M. – An assault report at a residence in Rocky Mountain House. Under investigation

2019-02-05 @ 6:09 P.M. – Complaint of two shoplifters at a Rocky Mountain House liquor store. The two young adult males stole numerous liquor bottles and then went to the skate board park. They were apprehended by police near the arena.  One of them was on two Probation orders with conditions to abstain from being in a liquor store and abstaining from the consumption of liquor. He was released on a Recognizance for a later court date to answer to the new charges.

2019-02-06 @ 8:49 A.M. – Kids bike stolen while he was visiting a friend in Rocky Mountain House. The bike is blue/green in color, rat tired, black handle bars and a black and white seat.

2019-03-06 @ 12:24 P.M. – Theft of a bottle of liquor from a Rocky Mountain House liquor store by a female with dyed bright red hair in her mid-30’s. She left in a dark colored minivan.

2019-03-06 @ 9:34 A.M. – Theft from a Rocky Mountain House liquor store.
