Applications now open for Red Deer Arts Council scholarships

RED DEER- The Red Deer Arts Council is now accepting applications for the Princess Margaret Scholarship, Centennial Scholarship and Waskasoo Bluegrass Music Scholarship.
These scholarships are variously aimed at secondary and post-secondary students and intended to support and encourage promising young artists in their continued development, while also serving to raise the arts profile in Red Deer and Red Deer County by stimulating, developing and promoting the arts.
Artists of all genres are encouraged to apply.
Criteria for student artists and application forms are now available from the office or can be downloaded from our website at https://reddeerartscouncil.ca under the Scholarship and Awards tab.
