One more Central Zone resident dies of flu in last week

There have been another three deaths in Alberta, including one in central Alberta, over the past week from influenza.

That brings the death toll in Central Zone to six this flu season, and 20 across the province.

According to data from Alberta Health Services, the Central Zone saw 40 more lab-confirmed cases of Influenzas A and B in the last seven days.

Across the province, that number grew by 164 to 4,797.
