Rocky Mountain House RCMP report for Dec. 13 – 20

2018-12-13 @ 8:49 P.M.  – 911 call of a disturbance at a residence on O’Chiese First Nation Reserve.  Police attended and arrested a highly intoxicated male for “Failing to Comply” with a Recognizance and possession of Methamphetamine. Charges pending for a later court date.

2018-12-14 @ 11:54 A.M.  – Report of a theft from a motor vehicle overnight in Rocky Mountain House.  Asus cell phone, winter jacket, Revelstoke season ski pass, hitch receiver, and $200-$300 in cash was stolen.

2018-12-14 @ 3:49 P.M. – Complainant of Fraud from a Rocky Mountain House resident who reported that five Edmonton Oilers tickets were purchased on-line from a seller who had eight for sale.  Complainant sent the money via e-transfer but did not receive the tickets. Under investigation.

2018-12-14 @ 6:05 P.M.  – Two suspicious vehicles, with lights off, seen on Range Road 5-2 near Leslievile. One described as a teal green Chevrolet Cavalier and the other was a newer silver Mazda car.

2018-12-15 @ 2:23 A.M.  – Call of a female causing a disturbance and being abusive to staff at the Rocky hospital.  Police attended and arrested the very intoxicated individual who was lodged in cell until sober.

2018-12-15 @ 4:00 A.M. – Complaint of an assault at a residence in Clearwater County. Police attended and arrested a male. Under investigation.

2018-12-15 @ 10:15 P.M.  – B&E reported to a residence on the Sunchild First Nation Reserve. Cell phone, Xbox video game, and food stolen.

2018-12-17 @ 11:24 A.M.  – A Rocky resident advised police of a phone scam in which the caller wanted access to the complainant’s computer and personal banking information. Matter referred to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Center.

2018-12-17 @ 9:25 P.M.  – Report of a disturbance at a residence on the O’Chiese First Nation Reserve. Police attended and arrested an intoxicated male who was released when sober.

2018-12-17 @ 10:18 P.M.  – Theft of a silver 2012 JEEP Patriot ( Alberta licence plate TYC272 ) stolen from a residence in Rocky Mountain House.
