Lacombe Police investigate armed robbery

LACOMBE- The Lacombe Police Service continues to investigate an armed robbery which occurred in the early morning hours of December 4.

Police received a report of the robbery at the Circle K convenience store located at 5001 52 street at approximately 2:23 a.m.

The suspect entered the business armed with a knife and demanded cash and cigarettes.

He obtained a quantity of cash and cigarettes and departed the store.

– Caucasian male, approximately 5’3″ tall, wearing a black toque and black winter jacket
– Wearing a black bandana or scarf over his face.

Police continue to investigate the robbery and are attempting to identify the suspect.
