Rocky man arrested after stolen vehicle located

A Rocky Mountain House man has been charged after police spotted him a stolen vehicle. 

RCMP members were patrolling a crime “hot spot” area on Friday when an officer located a stolen truck which subsequently sped away. Two suspects were observed running from the stolen truck a short time later.

Responding officers later executed a search warrant at a local residence and arrested one of the suspects.

Jason Sylvain Roy, 31, has been charged with possession of stolen property. He is to appear in Rocky Mountain House provincial pourt on November 7.
