It’s finally time for the St. Joseph High School Ball Academy to step up to the plate.

The Falcons first ever home-opener goes Tuesday night at Great Chief Park. First pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m.

“This is an exciting time not only for our Ball Academy, but the school community of St. Joseph High School as well,” says teacher Jason Chatwood. “There has been a lot of spirit, pride and hard work displayed from our players, and they’re looking forward to putting their skills to good use at our home-opener.”

The goal of the ball academy is to create opportunity for students interested in pursuing an education that includes the life skills acquired from playing baseball or softball. Athletes receive daily training from high-quality instructors.
