Oilers hosting luncheon fundraiser in Red Deer

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is returning to Red Deer.

The former Rebels star and current Edmonton Oilers forward will be part of a hot stove panel speaking at a luncheon happening in support of the Central Alberta Child Advocacy Centre and the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation.

Oilers GM Peter Chiarelli, CEO Bob Nicholson and Red Deer Rebels GM/head coach Brent Sutter will also be part of the hot stove hosted by Oilers play-by-play broadcaster Jack Michaels and John Shannon of Sportsnet.

The luncheon goes Wednesday, Sept. 12 starting at noon at the Holiday Inn at Gasoline Alley.
