Mounties bust Rimbey couple for trafficking crystal meth
A man and woman from Rimbey are due in court next month after being busted for trafficking.
RCMP say a male and female were arrested Aug. 2 after they were observed conducting activities that were consistent with drug trafficking activity. A subsequent search of their vehicle yielded a quantity of drugs and cash.
Todd Orrin Adams, 28, has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, possession of crystal methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.
Janine Pastluck, 49, has also been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 as well as possession of crystal methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.
