Province seeks input on Trans Mountain pipeline project

Jul 18, 2018 | 7:48 AM

EDMONTON- The Notley government is asking 20-thousand people from coast to coast for their opinions on the Trans Mountain pipeline project.

Government communications spokesman David Sands says the survey will ask people what kind of information would help them make up their minds about whether they feel the project is good or bad.

Sands says the data will guide all provincial government communication on Trans Mountain.

He couldn’t say if it would help the province decide whether to follow the federal government and directly invest taxpayer money in the pipeline.
