Brazeau County announces new CAO

Brazeau County has announced a new Chief Administrative Officer.

Jocelyn Whaley has been appointed as the next CAO of the county, after previously been serving as interim CAO since February.

Before joining the county, Whaley previously served as a municipal councillor for one term in Leduc County.

She brings with her a diverse background in municipal affairs, including consultancy, senior administration, and as an elected official. 

“Jocelyn has been impressive in her five months working with us, and we’re happy to have her in a permanent role as she continues her great work” says Reeve Bart Guyon.
