Stolen vehicle, holiday trailer and ATV recovered at Sylvan Lake RV Park

A Lloydminster man is facing charges after RCMP recovered a stolen vehicle, holiday trailer and ATV from the Sylvan Lake RV Park on Tuesday.

Around 10:00 a.m. on July 10, Mounties attended the park on an unrelated manner and located a man wanted on an arrest warrant out of Camrose.

Following his arrest, police say the investigation determined the man was in possession of stolen property.

Dallas George Gassner, 35, has been charged with three counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000, one of possession of stolen property under $5,000 and one other provincial charge.

Gassner appeared before a Justice of the Peace on July 11 and was released on $500 no cash bail deposit and ordered to appear in Red Deer Court August 7.
