Two roads getting major repairs in Rocky Mountain House

Jun 7, 2018 | 5:20 PM

Rocky Mountain House council has approved extensive road repairs on two areas within the town.

The spring thaw has caused some major road structure failures, leading to major potholes and disintegrating asphalt.

The first area to be repaired is at 44 Avenue and 54 Street in Creekside, which was patched up six years ago and is in need of repair again.

A full repair of the road would cost the town $88,540, leading to a permanent solution.
