Fire advisory for Drayton Valley and Brazeau County lifted

Thanks to recent rainfall and cooler temperatures in the forecast, the fire advisory for Drayton Valley and Brazeau County has been lifted. 

As of May 31 at 8 a.m. the town and county will be under a “No Fire Ban” status. 

Outdoor burning is permitted only with a fire permit or in an approved fire pit or burning appliance.

The fire advisory had been in effect since May 2.
