Winning lotto ticket sold in Alberta, outside of Calgary and Edmonton

The WCLC says despite no one winning the $60 million LOTTO MAX jackpot this weekend, two prizes of $1 million or more were won in Alberta on the LOTTO MAX and 6/49.

The LOTTO MAX ticket was apparently sold outside of Edmonton and Calgary.

Winning numbers for that May 18 MAXMILLIONS prize, of which 30 were available, are 2, 8, 14, 21, 25, 36, and 49.

Then on Saturday, a LOTTO 6/49 ticket sold in Calgary matched all six main numbers for a $2.5 million win. The numbers are 14, 15, 28, 35, 38 and 44.

Both remain unclaimed and winners have a year from the draw date (May 18 and 19) to claim their rewards.
