Drayton Valley triathlon results released

The 7th annual Drayton Valley triathlon results are out, with over 160 athletes pouring into town for the event. 

The most crowded event with 74 participants was the individual sprint race, with Luis Franco, Craig Schmitt and Michael Schnare filling out the top three placements.

In the team event race, team DV RCMP finished in first place. 

Aidan Comeau placed first in the male youth/junior supersprint with a total time of 31:35.6. For the female  youth/junior supersprint Abby Wilson snagged top spot in a finish time of 35:14.2.

The KOS Blue event saw Blayke Baineau place first, while Isaac Thomas captured first in the KOS Yellow event. Peyton Kirsch settled in the top spot for the KOS Green race and Kyra Sheppard finshed the KOS Red race in first place.
