CALGARY- Police have arrested a woman who is accused of bilking four companies out of $1.2 million.

They believe the suspect wrote 185 cheques to herself from the companies, where she had worked for nearly six years.

Investigators also allege the suspect made unauthorized purchases and cash withdrawals from corporate credit cards in her name.

The money, which police say was taken between 2008 and 2014, has not been recovered.
