Chamber hosting employment standards info session

The Red Deer and District Chamber of Commerce is hosting an information session regarding recent changes to the provincial Employment Standards Code and Regulation.

The session provided by The Government of Alberta is taking place this Friday, March 16 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the Westerner Park Heartland Room.

Topics at the session will include, general holiday pay, averaging agreements, overtime, job-protected leaves and deductions. There will be a question and answer session following the presentation.

There is no charge for this event and it is open to both members and non-members, but attendees are asked to pre-register by calling 403-347-4491.
