Olds Grizzlys & Coach Adam Redmond part ways

OLDS- The Olds Grizzlys will be looking for a new head coach.

A news release Thursday night from the team's Board of Directors stated the Grizzlys and Adam Redmond have made a "tough decision to mutually part ways."

Joe Murphy has been named Interim Head Coach and will assume those responsibilities immediately.

"The Olds Grizzlys Organization would like to thank Adam Redmond for all of his hard work and commitment, and wish Adam the best with his future coaching endeavors," the release read.

Also, Doug Hergenhein has been removed as Head Scout and Director of Player Personnel.

The Grizzlys finished last this season in the AJHL South Division with an 18-37-5 record.
