Caroline Supplies break-in suspect sets trial date

A Clearwater County area man who accused in a break-in to Caroline Supplies will go to trial later this year.

Numerous items were taken including two firearms were taken when the store was broken into during the early morning hours of January 28.

Joel Baptiste, 42, is charged with break and enter, theft, possession of break-in tools, theft under $5000, theft of firearms and breach of a recognizance. His trial is set for September 18.  

Trena Yellowface, 41, and Gordon Rowsell, 43, are also charged. Yellowface is set to appear in court on March 14, while Rowsell is set for a preliminary inquiry on September 10.
