Extreme Cold Warning – ENDED

The Extreme Cold Warning for Red Deer and surrounding areas is no longer in effect.

Environment Canada has issued another Extreme Cold Warning for parts of central Alberta.

Wind chill values of minus 40 or colder are expected to develop late this evening and last through the night. Environment Canada says conditions will improve Monday morning as temperatures moderate.
