2018 home building season underway in Red Deer

RED DEER- CMHC is out with January housing start numbers in Red Deer.
Work began on 16 single family or multiple unit homes to start 2018.
That is three less than January of 2017.
Elsewhere, Lethbridge is off to a strong start with 35 home starts last month, nearly double the 17 that city saw in January 2017.
Medicine Hat saw eight housing starts last month, up three from the year previous.
