UCP Leader Jason Kenney gets chance at legislature seat
EDMONTON – United Conservative Party Leader Jason Kenney is getting his chance to gain a seat in the legislature.
Premier Notley has called a byelection in the constituency of Calgary Lougheed for December 14th.
The riding has been vacant since November 1st, when United Conservative member Dave Rodney resigned to give Kenney a chance to win a seat.
Kenney won the vote last month to become leader of the new party.
