Pee Wee Braves win gold in Kamloops

The Red Deer Dairy Queen Pee Wee AAA Braves won gold in tournament action in Kamloops, BC over the long weekend.

The Braves went undefeated (4-0-1) including a 6-2 win over Coquitlam in the semi-finals and a big 20-7 triumph over Richmond in the final.

The Servus Credit Union Bantam AAA Braves finished third in their pool, narrowly missing out on a playoff spot.

The Carstar Midget AAA Braves also finished third in their pool before falling 5-3 to Kamloops in the playoffs.
