Blackfalds RCMP investigating fatal crash on Highway 11A

BLACKFALDS- RCMP are investigating a fatal two vehicle head-on collision on Highway 11A in the Poplar Ridge area.

Police say one person was killed.

The intersection of Highway 11A and Range Road 283 is impassable at this time.

Mounties are advising motorists to choose an alternate route as traffic is likely to be affected for several hours.
