Rebels power play comes up short in 3-2 loss to Raiders

The Red Deer Rebels have lost back to back games for the first time in over a month after falling 3-2 to the Prince Albert Raiders Friday night at the Enmax Centrium.

It was a game where the Rebels were close and had several chances to capitalize on the power play, but came up short.

WHL bringing Awards Ceremony and Bantam Draft to Red Deer

Starting this May, Red Deer will be the new home of the WHL Awards and Bantam Draft. 

League Commissioner Ron Robison made the announcement Wednesday at the Enmax Centrium, home of the Red Deer Rebels. The partnership is for three years.

The Red Deer Rebels extended their winning streak to four games after doubling up on the Vancouver Giants 4-2 in Langley, B.C. Sunday night. The Rebels next game is Feb 21 in Calgary against the Hitmen.

The Red Deer Rebels brought a three-game winning streak into the lower mainland Sunday night and saw that extended to four games after downing the Vancouver Giants 4-2 in Langley, B.C.

Rebels extend win streak to three with big victory over Royals

The Red Deer Rebels were coming off back to back wins and looking for a third heading into their game with the Royals in Victoria Friday night and they did indeed leave with a big 4-3 victory on the island.

The Red Deer Rebels fought hard but came out of Edmonton with a 4-3 loss to the Oil Kings Saturday. The Rebels next game is Monday afternoon against the Cougars in Prince George.
