Sylvan Lake Rehabilitation Services moving to new location

SYLVAN LAKE – Community Rehabilitation Services will be moving to Cobbs Block Central (108 5015 50th Street) in order to make space for Advanced Ambulatory Care Service (AACS) in Sylvan Lake.

The purpose of AACS is to diagnose and treat urgent, but non-life-threatening conditions.

Four charged in Sylvan Lake drugs and firearms seizure

Four people face drug trafficking and weapons charges after the Priority Crimes Task Force executed search warrants on four Sylvan Lake homes and two vehicles on September 12.

Youth HQ releases needs assessment findings

Six recommendations are highlighted in a Youth Needs Assessment conducted by Youth HQ.

A report on the assessment’s findings was presented Tuesday morning at Don Campbell Elementary by Kris Fleckenstein, Youth HQ Board Chair.
