She loved to learn new things and had many hobbies including tai chi, cooking, and gardening. She took pleasure in traveling to Los Angeles and Hong Kong, where she would stay for extended periods with family. Most of all, Siu took great pride in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a special part of her family’s lives, had many lasting friendships, and will be greatly missed.
