RCMP investigating armed robbery at Sunchild First Nation

Rocky Mountain House RCMP are investigating an armed robbery on the Sunchild First Nation.

Mounties say they responded on Jan. 29 around 10 p.m. to a store there. Allegedly, two males entered the store in disguise, demanded money and it's believed they were carrying a firearm.

The two suspects then fled with an undisclosed amount of money. No one was harmed.

The first male suspect was described as wearing a blue hoodie, red toque and black bandana with black pants, black/white shoes and he was carrying a gun.

The second male suspect was wearing a black hoodie and black/green ball cap.

RCMP made patrols in the area, but were unable to locate the suspects.
