Coaching staffs named for Team Alberta hockey teams at 2019 Games

Team Alberta has named its hockey coaching staffs for the 2019 Canada Winter Games in Red Deer.

The staff members will join head coaches Carla MacLeod (U18 female) and Serge Lajoie (U16 male), who were named to their positions last November.

"We’re very excited about both groups we have assembled to lead Team Alberta at the 2019 Canada Winter Games," said Michael Kraichy, Manager, Team Alberta. "Each staff member brings an immense amount of experience within the game, as well as familiarity with the Team Alberta program. They have all earned the opportunity to represent Alberta, and we look forward to carrying on the province’s rich tradition at the Canada Winter Games."

Strength & Conditioning: Heather Osgood - Edmonton

The 2019 Canada Winter Games hockey tournaments run February 14-23 for the male squad, and February 23-March 2 for the female squad.
