Taming Worry Dragons

This is a weekly group, designed to support children aged 5-8 years old as they explore their feelings of fear, anxiety and worry in a supportive environment.

Parents are required to attend the concurrent parenting group focused on helping parents understand and support their children. No siblings allowed. 

Pre-interview required.   

This program is not designed for children with a diagnosis.
