UPDATE (May 29)

RCMP say the north detachment is now back open to the public.

Renovations were made to improve work flow at the front counter customer service area. Mounties thank the public for their patience during the closure.

Those who attended an invite-only budget consultation with Alberta Finance Minister Joe Ceci Tuesday afternoon in Red Deer were presented with two major themes.

There's no extra money to spend, and the province is still looking at ways to cut costs.

Red Deer RCMP say as of Friday morning, 15-year-old Haley Saskatchewan has been located.

17-year-old Micaela Bugle was located on Thursday.

The pair was originally reported missing on Wednesday.
