EDMONTON — Alberta Premier Rachel Notley is rethinking her stance on the Northern Gateway pipeline as her government and British Columbia work on a deal that could see a pipeline to the West Coast swapped for the purchase of electricity.

LETHBRIDGE - Five children, including an infant, have been relocated with a family member after a southern Alberta couple was arrested for allegedly selling drugs from their home.

A man and a woman, both 39, were taken into custody after a search of their Lethbridge home last Tuesday.
