MP Earl Dreeshen hosting Town Hall Meeting in Bowden

RED DEER- Earl Dreeshen, Member of Parliament for Red Deer – Mountain View will be hosting a Town Hall at the Bowden Community Centre on Thursday, April 19.

Dreeshen will be seeking feedback on a range of issues including rural crime, justice, mental health, marijuana legalization, firearm legislation, and how we can education our young people about these issues.

“Rural crime has continued to be a serious and growing concern in Central Alberta,” Dreeshen says in a media release.

Dreeshen and his colleagues in the federal Conservative Alberta Caucus have launched a task force to identify possible solutions to the problem with a report expected in the coming weeks.

Thursday’s meeting is open to the public and will be held at the Bowden Community Centre starting at 7 p.m.
