Wetaskiwin woman facing drug and weapons charges

One woman is facing multiple drug and weapons charges following the search of a Wetaskiwin residence last week.

It happened March 15 when the Wetaskiwin RCMP Crime Reduction Unit was joined by the RCMP General Investigation Section to execute a search warrant at a Wetaskiwin residence suspected of being the site of drug trafficking activity.

After searching the residence, Mounties seized substances believed to be methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Trudy Bull, 24, of Wetaskiwin, has been charged with two counts of trafficking meth, possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and three counts of possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
