Cooper wins Artist of the Year at Red Deer Entertainment Awards

Devin Cooper took home the top prize at Saturday’s second annual Red Deer Entertainment Awards.

The 21-year-old was named Artist of the Year at the awards hosted at The Krossing.

Red Deer’s Kayla Williams, who is 30, was named Singer/Songwriter of the Year.

Saturday’s event was emceed by Jason Foui of 106.7 THE DRIVE.
