Okotoks teen recovering after throat cut

OKOTOKS- RCMP are searching for a man who held a knife to the throat of a 16-year-old girl during an apparent break-in attempt at her home on Saturday afternoon.
Stacey Bond, the girl’s mother, says her daughter was letting the dog out the back door of their home in Okotoks when she was approached by the man.
She says there was a struggle and the attacker put a knife to her daughter’s throat that caused a cut requiring five stitches.
Bond says her daughter is sore and in shock, but she’s coping.
