Man killed in early morning crash southwest of Rocky Mtn. House

A 37-year-old man is dead following a vehicle collision that happened southwest of Rocky Mountain House.

Local Mounties, Clearwater County Fire Department and EMS personnel were dispatched to the single vehicle collision on Highway 752 at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Thursday.

According to a release from RCMP, a Ford F150 truck left the road and went through the ditch to where it came to rest against some trees. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

The man from Vermillion was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash. RCMP are not releasing his name at this time.
