Central Alberta STING Ringette weekendupdate

The Central Alberta U19 AA Sting defeated the Edmonton Elite in both ends of a double header this past Sunday.

The Sting came out on top by scores of 5-1 and 6-2.

In the first game, five different Sting players found the back of the net – Rachel Vandervlis, Kianna Doyle, Madison Pluister, McKenna Causey and Brianna Abell.

Six different players scored for the Sting in the second game – Hannah Morrison, Emily LeMasurier, Colby Wager, Sydney Cherniak, Kausey and Abel.

Shaelynn Law, Carly Cherniak, and Sydney Schnnor each scored one to lead the Central Alberta U16 AA Sting to a 3-2 win over the St. Albert U16AA Mission last Sunday in St. Albert.

Gracie Setters earned the win in net for the Sting.

The Central Alberta U14 AA Sting got two goals each from Ryann Tonery and Charlie Young in a 12-6 loss to Zone 5 at River Cree Arena this past Sunday.

The club’s next action is on the road in Spruce Grove Saturday, November 4.
