Rocky convenience store robbed at gunpoint

An investigation is underway after a convenience store in Rocky Mountain House was held up at gunpoint Thursday night.

RCMP responded to an alarm call at Pudgee's convenience store at about 7:45 p.m.

Police say two individuals dressed in dark clothing and wearing Halloween masks entered the store and brandished a handgun.  They robbed the clerk of an undisclosed amount of money then fled the store. 

No shots were fired and the store clerk did not sustain any injuries.

It is believed both suspects were Caucasian, with suspect number one being approximately 5'11" with a taller slim build, and suspect number two being approximately 5'9" with a shorter and heavier build.
