Cougars crawl past Raiders for first win of high school football season

The Notre Dame Cougars picked up their first win of the high school football season, 42-35 over their crosstown rival Lindsay Thurber Raiders. 

Aidan Vida scored the game winning touchdown, his third of the game, late in the fourth quarter for Notre Dame. 

The Cougars racked up 483 rushing yards on the night compared to 154 for Lindsay Thurber.

Tonight, Hunting Hills (1-0) takes on Lacombe (1-0) at MEGlobal Athletic Park at 7:30 p.m.
