Bruce eagles final hole to win PGA of Alberta title

What a way to win a championship!

Trailing the leaders by one shot, Adam Bruce eagled the final hole Tuesday at River Bend Golf and Recreation Area to win the 2017 PGA of Alberta Championship.

The assistant pro from the Glendale Golf and Country Club shots back to back rounds of 68 for a final score of 136, one shot better than Calgary’s Wes Heffernan, Blaine Kruger of Stony Plain and Albert Pistorious of the Pinebrook Golf and Country Club.

Bruce took home $5,400 in prize money.
